"The hotel made my honeymoon stay awesome as I got an auto upgrade to the Executive Lounge because the hotel was overbooked the day I came. The lounge was on the 23rd floor and a corner room with a magnificent city view, nice dining hall , drawing room. All the rooms were very spacious and service wa s prompt. Also, staffs here are rather fluent in English so did not face much language issues." | ||

"Booked a deluxe room but did not recieve one. Front desk said I could change rooms at 1 pm and then at 1 said they were booked full. Changed rooms the next day and for nothing as the deluxe and standard rooms are exactly the same except deluxe has a better view of the parking lot and a keycard access.Thai staff helpful and Phillipine staff snotty and lazy. "Very nice hotel. Pool a little small but on the whole a quality hotel. The room is hi-tech with a 42 screen. I would recommend this hotel to families, single travellers or business as it is in the business district but only a short walk for entertainment." | ||

"Location is perfect. Smack in the middle of all the major shopping centres. I understand that this hotel is not new, but when i was there, the overall outlook is alright The staff is also very helpful n efficient. Only thing is the cafe is not big enough, thus it s very crowded. Overall, good experience. I ll definately come back again." | ||
